Join me in creating nourishment through time and space dedicated for you.
In a time of the year where we may need a little more holding and support and so this gathering of Women is the medicine!
You will sip sweet and delicious Cacao in Ceremonial Circle. Connect in deeper to the voice of our Womb where we can often hold energy that may need to shift, move and at this gathering we will give that a voice through journaling.
Tapping into our Mauri, feminine essence and life force there will be exploration into Resorative and fluid embodiment via movement.
An opportunity to nourish and refill all aspects of your Hauora amongst the potency of like minded wahine ma.
