Embodied Essence Immersion
Sister of the moon girls Circles
Moon Sister Circles & workshops are for girls aged 10- 12yrs. In these gatherings we explore ideas and traditions around getting their first bleed, Menarche and how we can prepare and be informed, empowered and confident in the relationship young girls can have with their bodies and this sacred Rite of Passage.
Circles are 2hrs there is time for sharing, connection, community, crafting and creating while looking at the seasons of nature and how they relate to our inner seasons as young girls.
Blessing The Mother
Birth is a Rite of Passage and the way that a becoming Mother is ushered and supported in this can allow her to feel held, supported and empowered in her journey.
These are celebrations to honor the Mother.
Mother Blessings are a indigenous tradition and over the last few years and having experiencing this in my own pregnancy it is a beautiful and deeply connecting way for extended family to hold the Mother in this process of Becoming.
We can incorporate these activities into the event you have planned or I can assist and facilitate the space in the full Mother Blessing Ceremony
They can include Cacao, drumming journey, Crystal Quartz bowl sound healing, Gentle Yoga, adorning the mother in flowers and blessing affirmation Circle or birth crafting for her space.
These can be 1.5 hrs long and facilitated in the Far North and surrounding areas.

Women's Circles
We gather monthly to sit, share, witness and be in relationship.
First to deepen this connection to self and then in this ancient way of coming together with other women, we find we are open and expansive to do this in Circle.
The gatherings are a sacred and ancient practise that have been held for many years.
We are able to carve out intention and space to sit and be. To find pockets to rekindle our inner flame and to be in a container that holds vulnerability, wisdom teachings and medicine that is often so potent when Women come together.
Mothers Circles
A Mothers Circle was created out of the desire and need I felt in my own journey of Mothering and the many seasons we move through. Also the need that the community expressed and so it was birthed.
Mothers Circles are 1.5 hrs and are a space dedicated to Mothering, Postpartum, Birth wisdom and the magic of having our babies, toddlers and if we are pregnant to gather in the medicine that is the energy of Birth and Mothers.
We share plant medicine Cacao, Connection and create a growing community. These are currently being held in Doubtless Bay area monthly in person and will be in Kaitaia soon.
Sacred Birth workshops
Te whare O Hineteiwaiwa
This 4 part series we gather over 2 months in Circle to curate, create and connect deeper to the portal of Birth.
These are a 3 hour workshop that is bi weekly over the 2 months and when you register it is for all 4.
We craft and create what you will use in your Birth and postpartum and beyond in the transition to Mother.
